Mr. Phillips has proven ability to analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, improving customer service and creating an environment where greater productivity is achieved via making work a fun place to be.
